2– Bacon Toast. Steam 3 or 4 cauliflower florets for 5 minutes. Brown a slice of bacon in a hot pan, without adding any fat. Arrange on a toast, add diced tomatoes, sesame seeds and taste with 1 part of camembert.

3– Tuna toast. Drain 1 small can of tuna and mash the flesh with 1 tsp. to s. fresh cheese and 1 tsp. to c. lemon juice. Garnish with the toast. Add thin strips of red onion and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
